Session aimed to discuss approaches to capacity-building that contribute to the implementation of these international processes. It aimed to amplify the debate of necessary approaches and challenges existent to build capacities oriented towards the Paris Agreement implementation and, mainly, the challenges in the coordination between the local action and the national public policy.
