This study was initiated to support the national government to enhance policy implementation and establishing ambitious targets to reduce SLCPs. This report summarizes key results from the assessment of the landscape of digital MRV tools (MRV: measurement, reporting, and verification) and the potential of carbon offsets to support upscaling of low emissions rice practices in Thailand.
